About No Default
Accessibility of this site
No Default should not ask you to trust its accessibility claims without evidence.
The site has not yet completed its full manual and assistive-technology test cycle. We will not describe it as “fully accessible.”
Our baseline
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a baseline, while recognising that conformance does not by itself establish that an experience is usable or inclusive.
What we test
- Automated accessibility checks
- Keyboard-only operation and visible focus
- Representative screen-reader flows with named environments
- Zoom, reflow and text-spacing resilience
- Contrast and non-colour alternatives
- Reduced motion where motion is used
- Cognitive and usability considerations including hierarchy, instructions and error recovery
Testing record
No complete manual test cycle has been published yet. Read the current testing and limitations record for the checks available, development fixes and unverified areas.
Known issues and development findings
Accessibility and usability defects have been identified and corrected during development, including issues affecting keyboard interaction, conditional form fields and Investigation outputs. Those fixes are recorded in the project's GitHub pull request history. This is not yet a complete public accessibility issue register, and fixes have not all received manual assistive-technology verification.
Outstanding issues and limitations will be published here as the formal testing record is established. The absence of a listed issue does not mean that an area has been verified accessible.
Report a problem
If you encounter a barrier using No Default, report an accessibility problem. You do not need to identify the WCAG criterion or technical cause.
